Cupertino's New York Bagels and Deli

I work for a company that has been in Richmond for over years and is home to over + employees right here in the Richmond area Needless to say not many places in the are deliver breakfast But one day my co-workers and myself came across this business NY Bagels and Deli off Main St We called placed a fairly large order(for people) Excited about the menu choices we figured that this will be a great addition to our office menu Well we were wrong we ordered our food at am I called at am to find that the driver had just left with our order am the driver still has not arrived Mind you the building that we work in does not have a front desk clerk so I advised the girl that took my order the driver needed to CALL when he arrived am I walk downstairs because we are upset and hungry only to find the owner of the business standing in the lobby saying he has been there for an hour Why didnt you call I asked himhe left his phone in the car was his response The food was cold, the order was wrong we tried to call back to get the order corrected they would not correct the orderWe even agreed to pay for half the order due to the fact that we, by this time, were starving We have tried on several attempts to order from this business again with no luck the most recent excuse we cant get a driver to you for hoursReally hoursIf you don't want to serve us fine we can take our money elsewhere I will NEVER order from this company ever again! WORST experience of my life
