We provided a service that was $for business card layout design with concepts and up to revisions on concept We provided him business card layouts and several revisions He even asked for us to change his logo (font) and that was done as well at no charge.*** never
expressed that he was unhappy during the design process After the service was rendered we received an email from him that he was not satisfied with the design We reached out to him several times via phone and email to see what he was not happy with All of our attempts were unanswered or ignoredA week later, we got a chargeback notification from our payment processing service and again tried to reach out to *** with no availI am unsure why his resolution is a refund as he has already issued a charge back from his cc company and they have already taken the payment out of our acct.All the samples given to *** were printed here at Dolce Press We have been in business over years without a single complaint. I am already frustrated with the lack of service provided by Dolce Press and as a result decided to take my business elsewhereAs outlined in my email (to Stephany D***) I was hoping for something similar in design to the sample cards they mailed out to meThe fact that they would lie about making several attempts to contact me (to resolve the issue) via email and phone, when I only got one email, speaks volumes of the company's integrityAdditionally their rebuttal outlined that their policy was clearly outlined on the proofs, this is not trueI have included a copy of one of the proofs with the extremely poor design, having no information with regards to any policyAt the end of the day it's about the principle and not the moneyAs outlined before; I have since sought alternate solutions and hope that Dolce Press does the decent thing and provide a full refund

Your purchase of the business card design package is not eligible for a refund as per our termsIn addition, we have expeditiously replied to every email and phone call and provided additional concepts and revisions at no additional cost to you.We tried to follow up with you numerous times to resolve this matter but we were unable to reach to resolve the issueUnfortunately you pursued a chargeback for this purchase so there is nothing we can do.
