Curb Appeal Roofing and Exteriors

I hired this company to do my roof on 3-28-2019 because of weather damage. Our insurance covered the cost. While the company was here, they put their trash containers near my car port which, as they would throw things away, ended up damaging my car. The roof itself was finished, however, they filed with my insurance to get money for gutters and downspouts as well, which never got done. In total, the job took them about 4 months to do. Insurance made the final payment on July 17th. Since then, the roof was holding up fine, however this morning, I noticed a leak in my bathroom. I do have warranty paperwork available and tried contacting the business to get them to deal with it, however, I was not able to get through because the number has been disconnected.
