Review: I order a machine that is called CLS900 Mechanical Extruder Curb Machine. I also payed for it in 4 payments, that they received. I had several contact with the company by e-mail, the machine was on its way to me on the date june the 17 to Texas but it never arrived and I have asked for a refund. Its been 6 months and no machine nor no refund. I was told by the company if I did not received the machine they would refund me back.Desired Settlement: I am asking to be refunded my money back.
Review: In 2010 I send usd 95.000 to Mr. [redacted] , president of Curbappeal international, now CLS. After many e.mails about the details of the shipment, he finally decided not to send the machine or refund the money back. Causing me and my company, many complications with contracts acquired with roads constructors in my country. Before to go to a lawyers firm in United States, I would like to try a friendly solution. If this does not happen , within a month I ll be in Portland defending my position ,as a consumer, with an american lawyer. I haven t done this before because of the american visa issues involved with my nationality.

Review: We are an in The Netherlands located company. About one year ago we ordered a machine with CLS Products LLC, owned by Mr. [redacted], which we have prepaid in two installments (October and December 2013). Total amount USD 83.450. In April, Mr. [redacted] reported that the machine can not be delivered. Our money however is still not refunded, even after several reminders! Mr. [redacted] promised to repay in April, but we have not heard of him since then. On the Internet, we found a few reports that this gentleman has been involved in fraudulent business. What is also strange is that that there are two postal addresses for CLS. Our complaint is that Mr. [redacted] refuses to repay us.

We ordered the machine for a client. However, this client does not want the machine anymore as he ordered it now almost one year ago. So we would like our monet back that we have paid to mr [redacted]. The best scenario would be that he would reimburse us for the missed profit on this deal, but we would already be happy with getting our own money back.
