I paid for a work order more than a month ago and it is still unfulfilled I have reached out to the company using the contact page on their website and have gotten no response Not sure what recourse I have other than to warn others not to use this service I hope they do the job or refund my money soon

They are rip-off artists They take your money and then string you along with a whole line of lies about when they will come and do the work They don't ever come out to your house and you can't get your money back The VERY WORST COMPANY I have ever has the misfortune of dealing with

I really have been focused on getting the work done itself Curb Fashion is the only company that is making strides to overcome the growing epidemic of poorly identified homes. Currently there are thousands of customers outside of what our infrastructure can handle and we are doing what we can daily to ensure that we can be as effective as possible with our efforts, while still maintaining professional business functionality. We are in the process of training offshore Virtual Admins that can respond in real time to customers needs whether it be by phone, email, or even live chat from the website. One of the most important aspects of business is customer service in our opinion and the business just got a little bit out of our control due to the high volume of orders we received. At the time I'm writing this, our standing with the Revdex.com is an A- with complaints out of 25,000+ customers in the last six years. If you ask me that is too many but we are doing what we can to keep as many people happy as we can I called you and left you my personal cell so if you need to contact Curb Fashion in the future please call me directly so I can make sure you are responded to in a timely manner. I am rejecting this response because:
Epic fail!
Why would they paint over a sign that obviously had a new paint job alreadyand using a completely different color??? This is absolutely incompetent!
The pictures they took clearly shows the curb sign already painted on by someone else(Black background with white numbers)
After several months of waiting with no response from Curb Fashion, I ordered a new paint job with a protective coat from a different company.
This upgraded paint order is much better than what I originally ordered from Curb fashionsNow they just ruined the better and more expensive paint job1) I did not request for the service to be completed by Curb Fashion after over a yearI requested a refund2) I did not request the color combination they paintedThis will now cost me more money to have correctedIn order for them to resolve, I want refunded to me the cost to have a different company come out and repaint the curb correctly$

We have had a series of inclement weather that has slowed our operations down since its not good to paint in the rain/high humidity

Paid for curbs to be painted in April, as of today still not done. Just sent an email and told them to forget it, doubt Ill get my money back.

This company left their flyer on my door around 3-13-16. Put the flyer with my info and my check on the door as instructed. They picked up on the 15th and the check cleared my bank on the 16th. I have called the number on their website numerous times with no answer or return calls. I have e-mailed quite a few times with a one time response of "Sorry for the inconvenience. We are backed up with orders." I have went to the live chat on the website and still cannot get anyone to respond. What really upsets me is the call backs with an approximate time for service. It has been about 6 weeks now, are these people legit or have I been scammed? I can't imagine having so many orders that their turn around time is over a month. I just want my money back.

Hi [redacted],Upon investigation I was able to find the backlogged order and complete the job. We have been heavily backlogged since 2013 but we have finally started to catch up. Currently I only have 6 backlogged customers to take care of. Please see photos. Thank you

Curb Fashion has completed their job.  Although, the work isn't exactly the quality I would have liked, I can live with it.  Thanks for your help.
