Jeff, the owner, stated that the car had been repaired. There were other issues besides the original repair. Vehicle was returned to consumer about weeks

Review: We took our car in 1 year ago to have a new transmission installed. They have since had the car for 10 months out of the year. Never fixing the problems, we have had to repeatedly take it back and fight to get the car returned to us. At the present, we took the car to them on October 15, 2013 and have yet to have the car returned. They refuse to communicate what is going on with the car. They tell us they are bringing the car to us, and we don't hear from them again for weeks. They have allegedly moved the car to another shop but refuse to tell us where or what the status of the repairs are. They will go weeks w/o returning our phone calls. They always lie and make excuses as to why the repairs are taking so long.Desired Settlement: I simply would like my vehicle returned to me in working condition. After all, I did pay $[redacted] to have the car fixed to no avail so far.
