this before the 15th of October, why wait till I got into a accident to tell me that my policy was voided

Review: I was in a car accident on May 17,2014. I was struck by a driver who was making a right turn from the left hand lane. The police officers deemed the accident to be the other driver's fault . I suffered a concussion, small contusion to my head, was out of work for 6 days and my car was totaled. My insurance company gave me money for the car within 3 weeks after the accident. I was then assigned a claim representative [redacted] to handle the medical billing. I sent all of my medical bills to her in the mail 4 times with confirmation signatures which were signed for all 4 times. She claimed to have never received anything . I then emailed her everything. She then made me sign an affidavit for no health insurance because I was on [redacted] when the accident occurred. I then went into collections on my bills because it took over 6 months to pay one of the hospital bills leaving me in collection still with the others. I am still waiting for 2 other bills to be paid. One of the bills was paid by [redacted] but because the bills were from the accident they need to be reimbursed by my insurance company. I have went to two of my representatives supervisors after doing that my representative has been less helpful then before. She gives me excuses stating that she can not get a hold of anyone in the hospital billing or records department. I then called the hospital billing and records department myself and was able to get ahold of the head of the department who told me they have never received a request for my records from my insurance company. I am upset that no one is working on my claim to get the problems resolved but tell me they are. I am also upset that I am being lied to with excuses such as I didn't recieve your paper work or I can't get ahold of anyone from the hospital when I am able to get ahold of that person . It should not take almost 8 months for my medical bills to be paid by an insurance company I have paid for on time every year for the past 5years.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay the bills, and get me out of collections because the reason I purchased car insurance was to be covered if I was in a car accident that was proved legally not to be my fault. I was in the hospital twice for this accident, I lost my job, money, and before losing my job paid hundreds of dollars in transportation to get to work. All I am asking is for my bills to be paid. I would like to end this case once and for all so I can settle with the other drivers insurance company and put this nightmare in the past.

Not a good insurance company. Though the rates are low they get you in late fees. Doesn't get back to their customers in a promptly manner; if they call back at all!

Review: I purchased auto insurance from Cure on October 7 2014 to which I paid for my first month to my knowledge I was covered. I called everyday to see if my review date was done no one could give me a answer. On the 15th of October I again called in to lower collision on my policy I again asked about my review still no answer about a hr after that me leaving my Sister house I get into a accident to were my car is badly damaged. Now that cure has seen I have had a accident they began to deny my policy and will not cover my car I think that was wrong and unethical of that buisnessDesired Settlement: I hope they will cover my car so I can get my life back in order

Cure is a terrible insurance company! I was in an accident July 2015. The accident was not my fault but still It took them well over 3 months to settle my claim and I had full coverage! After awhile they started to go after me, hiring a private investigator, who instead of asking me information, asked my neighbors personal information about my family members and I. They paid my car off after 3 months of trying to find a way to get out of it. At this time I am currently still trying to get in contact with my PIP claims rep after receiving a $3,000 hospital bill because of course Cure is denying coverage of my hospital bills. I do not recommend cure to my worst enemy. They do not want to pay and have very little to no customer service. It's cheap insurance but you get what you pay for.

Review: My car was stolen in November of 2014.The car was never recovered the insurance total the car out gave me an estimate for what it's worth.Now it's March 2015.They never paid my car off.I called them about a week ago it's still under investigation . Cure agent said he sent a letter out to me a month ago I never received anything that there ivestergator want to do an phone interview. And I Already did two phone interviews . I'm still waiting for them to pay the finance company off.Desired Settlement: I need cure insurance to pay off my car and stop delaying the process

Review: I sent a check as my payment for my car insurance on Feb 5, 2015 via mail for the month of February. Unfortunately, my check got lost and didn't make it on Feb 8, 2015 due date. Right away, I get in touch with CURE to follow-up if they get my check. I have been calling their office for almost everyday. I was advised to wait until February 13 to see if the check will come in but if not to avoid fees and cancellation of the policy I have to pay on February 13. On that day, I informed CURE not to encash my check anymore because I will pay the due amount via credit card. Instead of paying $199.89 I paid $1,200 as an advance payment. I reported to my bank [redacted] to have a stop payment for the check because the check is nowhere to be found. On February 19, I received a bill for the month of March via email and mail that the amount due on March 9 is $74.88. But today, I went to my online account the due amount was changed to $90.63. I called CURE to check what's going on why the amount is different on what the original bill I have. I was informed that still they encash the check and I already made a stop payment since February which I informed them. Now, per Cure [redacted] charged CURE $15 because of the stop payment and CURE want me to pay for that amount. I am trying to explain to the BILLING MANAGER [redacted] that I coordinated everything to their office prior of the stop payment to take note of that check not to encash it anymore which they acknowledge that they have it their record. I was told that in their company policy. All the check that they received must be put in their bank account which is unfair to the policy holder. I tried to settle the issue but unfortunately no can help me.Desired Settlement: I don't like to pay the $15 charge by [redacted] because it is not my fault that despite my coordination with CURE still the company encash my lost check.

Review: I have recently got auto insurance with cure New Jersey auto insurance and was looking to pay my bill to proceed the derive to keep my insurance. And now I can't get a hold of the company whatsoever it's as if they disappeared I have tried there main toll free line [redacted] and nothing and left me to a point to where I have no car insurance now what can I do about this bc I have paid around 200 dallors to start this and only had them for a two months and lost all that money I need helpDesired Settlement: I would like the refund of my money for the services not used

Review: I bought two policies simultaneously through this business for both my father's car and my car. I wanted identical coverage for both since both cars were being financed at the time, thus requiring full coverage. Both of our cars were struck in a single accident that resulted in a total loss for both of us. When we went through our insurance however, it turns out that my father's car did not have the full coverage that I asked the salesman about when we were finalizing the quotes. Now we have a wrecked car parked on the street, and all the insurance can tell me is that it's my problem for not having full coverage on the vehicle. I was under the impression from the phone conversation I had that we did have full coverage, and since my driving record is much worse than my dad's, the price difference wasn't something that raised red flags for me either.

Now, my dad is only getting $4500 for a car he owes a little over $10,000 on, that he can't do anything with. That just doesn't make sense to me. This seems like misinformation on behalf of the salesperson, especially when I told him this was my first time buying insurance and I don't understand the terminology. The manner in which they told me "it's your fathers problem now" also seems to be just unbelievable of a business. I would love to be able to leave this company, but unfortunately for now,other insurance companies are just too expensive, and this is my only option. I would have gladly paid more at the time to have had the correct amount of coverage because money wasn't an issue seeing as how they're about a quarter of what everyone else was charging us.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. They misinformed me, and the amount my dad is getting for the vehicle is not even half of what he owes.
