First I would encourage you to [redacted] the website "[redacted]". Scroll down to the end of the story and you will see an ad for the [redacted] and [redacted]. It says you get a free trial for only the shipping of 4.95....something like that.Nothing about the terms of agreement. I looked and looked for the terms of agreement after [redacted] told me I did not abide by them. Finally found it. It was so small, hardly noticeable if you weren't purposely looking for it. And why would I. The first page said that I would get a free trial and on one of the pages it showed the entire bottle. This is very deceptive advertising. Who would think that one would have to call them back after 14 days! And it never says that when the advertising says you'll get a free trial for only the shipping cost.[redacted] refunded my money after they had charged my bank account 79 dollars when I called them and questioned the charge. But CureColon refused saying I had not adhered to the Terms of Agreement. They put the charge on my [redacted] credit card and I wasn't aware of it till I got ready to pay my bill on 8/14.I urge you to go to the website I mentioned at the top of the page. The company Beach Ready, LLC is behaving like a scam website on the internet. Beach Ready, LLC is charging my credit card for trial product I have been wanting to return since Jan. 2, 2014 and for a new shipment of product I did not order. Beach Ready, LLC does not provide their company contact information on their shipment packing slip. I want to return the trial product I received the last week in Dec., 2013, but Beach Ready, LLC does not provide a company phone number, fax number E-mail address, or a physical address on their packing slip. Dietary supplements advertised as trail samples with $4.95 shipping cost but then send and charge for full bottles with automatic reorders.An advertisement showed dietary supplements Green Tree Extract and Colo Thin trial 14 day samples available for $4.95 shipping cost. This never happened. Bottles were sent that were at a cost of $79.95 & $69.95 with no invoice. Approximately 2 weeks later another reorder was charged to my credit card totaling $299.80 in charges from 6/30/2014 to 7/15/2014 for the original shipment and an automatic reorder. The only contact info on the packing slip is Beach Ready, LLC, [redacted] in Silver Springs, NV. Luckily I was able to finally find a contact number after searching the internet. Upon my questioning and insistence for shipments and charges to be stopped, I was told that I had not read the fine print thoroughly and shipments and charges would be discontinued. Desired SettlementI would like the reimbursement of the automatic reorder. The company advertised a trial sample of each supplement for 14 days with a cost of only $4.95 each. Did not receive the 14 day trail orders, received full bottles instead. Did not authorize reorder and advertising promotion did not stipulate additional costs and reorders clearly. Packing slip on the reorder did not have costs, contact information, return information making it very difficult to know what was being charged and how to handle the order. I ordered a sample from this company at the cost of $4.95 back in July. They sent me the sample and I called to cancel the order in August. At that time I was told that I would not be charged anymore than the $4.95 and they were not going to send me anymore of the product. I have been receiving periodic samples of this product, and have just been notified by my bank, that this company has been charging me $69.95 every month since July. I have contacted the company three different times with no help at all. They first stated that I never canceled my order in August, which I did, They refused to let me speak with a manager, and as soon as I stated that I would be contacting the Revdex.com if they would not help me resolve this issue, I was hung up on all three times. I have all of the samples unopened and unused and am willing to return them with a refund of the money they have deducted from my account over the past six months.. I ordered a trial of the Green Coffee Edge and ColoThin products thinking it was a one time deal. However, the company has continued to ship products to me without my approval and charging my credit card. One shipment did not have any invoice or return instruction in either product. The next shipment only one invoice was received with no return instructions. The invoices do not contain the cost of the products. The only way to determine the cost is by checking one's bank statement and then find out each product costs approximately $80. I ordered Green Coffee Edge and Colothin from Beach Ready LLC on May 3 under the assumption that it would only cost me $4.95 per bottle. This is what was advertised on the site. Unfortunately, when my credit card was charged, I was charged $79.95 and $69.95 for the trial bottles. This isn" t what I agreed to and I am very upset about the extra charge. I consider this to be fraud on their part. I also didn't understand that they keep sending the bottles until you cancel. This isn't made clear either. I have canceled my trial with them but am still on the hook for those extra charges which I feel is totally unfair. I think this company has a history of this behavior however I didn't realize this until I had dealings with them myself. Something needs to be done. I hope you can help me with this issue.
