In order to reach out to potential clients, we collect leads from various sources, including those who visit our website at [redacted] and express interest in our services. 
 
While we do have a dedicated team that promotes our products and services, we operate in no way as a cold calling center.
 
In response to the complaint forwarded by you, we have notified the relevant department, and as per standard procedure, we have added the name of the complainant to the Do Not Call List. Henceforth, the complainant will never be contacted by our Company.
 
Further to this, we have also created a new procedure where we will never call a prospect again unless requested by them.
 
We would like to add that we take such complaints very seriously to ensure the satisfaction of our clients and of those that we reach out to.

Review: Our office has received multiple phone calls and emails from this company, claiming that we reached out to them for a demo of their product (an electronic health record). We never signed up for a demo so I don't know how or where they received our information. When they called last week, I asked to be removed from their list. I was told that we were removed immediately. Yet, yesterday I received another phone message and email. It is from a different person in their marketing department every time. There is no option to unsubscribe on the emails I receive and since I had already told them to remove me from their call list, I don't think it will help to call again. We just want them to stop calling and emailing our office. If there is anything you can do to facilitate this, I would appreciate it.Desired Settlement: We want no further contact from this company via phone, email or any other communication method.
