Review: I purchased an H2O Wireless $60 - H2O Unlimited Plan plan (PIN [redacted]) on ** JAN 14 from Curiousity Wireless at [redacted]. It has not worked and they refused to refund the money. I paid separately for the SIM card, for which no receipt was provided. I took a video of the store clerk refusing to assist.1. Phone worked when I left the store, then stopped working for three hours 2. Phone does NOT work in Canada (as promised by store)3. Internet does not work AT ALLMy phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 Active - the store said it should work in both the US and Canada (I was only in town for one day - prior to purchase I explained that I was departing the following day). It has not worked since. I am currently in Canada. I paid cash, although I have the receipt.Desired Settlement: If they cannot get the phone to work in Canada and the US, then I would like a full refund.I am travelling a lot in the next few months, so I cannot wait for resolutions that take hours. I need a working phone.
