the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I received a call from a representative of Curl Genetics this morning on 5/2/2014. I did receive my closure after having to drive and pick it up. I did not receive the free bundle that was discussed via email though. My complaint to the Revdex.com was for the purpose to warn other buyers and to remind buyers to entertain the thought of "Caveat emptor."

time to arrive from our factory by sea. I informed her via email many times that when the wig is in our [redacted] it will be sent to her. I even emailed the tracking number for the new wig today before his compliant was made.

The hair is amazing! It matches my hair perfectly

We have been nothing but honest with [redacted]. We explained at the time what the delay was and she did receive her wig. As per the quality, the hair is 100% pure Virgin hair and it is tightly coiled. Just as African American hair, it will matte or tangle and that is why we have care instructions...

offered to help out customers care for the hair. Initially the hair was bought during our sale and at that time there was an overflow of orders on the wigs. We explained that to all of our customers. Shortly after that there was a terrible flood in Houston Texas that delayed us even further and we corresponded with our customers of that delay also. After all of the delays we know that it did take a long time and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Initially it was supposed to be $40 based off of the price that was paid for the wig granted that she bought it during a sale. When the hair as ready to ship we had issues with USPS delivering the package. Eventually it was delivered and when she called although the delay with USPS was not our fault we still offered her an incentive of increasing the total for the partial refund from $40 to $75, but for some reason she heard 75% which is not correct. This wig was a sale item which is non refundable. We apologize for the delays that occurred back on April but since then we have increased the number of people working in our factory. Our products are not made in China, we have a factory in Belize. Our orocesong time did not change because with the increase in workers, even with a surplus in orders, we are able to meet our processing time which is stared on the website. A full refund will not be provided. We will continue to work with [redacted] on This matter but a full refund will not be issued because the hair was a sale item and it also has late afternoon been used.
