Blair installed a new pump and tank that was and still is working properly. The customer called us out for a warranty repair that had nothing to do with the product we installed. The problem was a broken water line, and we told the customer it would be an additional $300.00 for repair. They insisted...

that it should be covered by warranty and we tried our best to explain to them that we could only warranty a product that our company had installed. Her husband called me a few weeks later and I explained the situation to him and he said a plumber friend of his was coming out to look at it and if they didnt agree with our diagnosis they would give us a call. We haven't heard back from this customer or their plumber. We hope all is well and everything has worked out well for you. Thank you for your time

Blair well and pump attempted to do work for this customer and could not make him happy. After a lightning strike we could not retrieve his pump from the old well so we worked with his insurance to get him a new one. In the mean time while waiting on a response from his insurance which was delayed...

for days by his insurance, we had our electrician and our hvac crew come out and get him in good working order. After we told his wife that was a pleasure to deal with that we would be back on monday or tuesday, David called us on saturday and sunday and I returned his call on monday and he was irate. the job would have been done on mon-tues just like we had promised but we could not make him happy. Once in a great while we get a customer that you just cant satisfy and this was one of those situations. We wish their family the very best and hope they resolved their situation.

I'm not going to dignify those lies and inaccuracys with a response, but I want to just say that the Revdex.com is supposed to protect consumers against this kind of misinformation and bad business practice.
The FACTS are, the website said, Free estimates... I have proof of this. The bill I received states" $75 dollars for (free) estimate"... I could send you a copy of this if you would like. I did not agree to the diagnostic charge... I told him I had a leak and he did nothing to prove that. I had a leak and needed an estimate that is all, the water in the front yard seemed proof enough to me. He INSISTED on payment at the time and being confused why he would ask, I questioned him about it. He then gave me some sad sop story of how he had to pay so much per month to just operate and pay all his empolyees that he had to charge people.  This is a small, family owned business which has scammed me and I feel cheated. He also threatened me over the phone when I confronted him about this fraudulent charge. This business needs to learn that good customer service is more important than making a few bucks. They obviously feel like scamming and lieing to people is a good business model. Let us see where that will lead you.Regards,[redacted]
