Company came out to fill tank twice in the past couple months. The first time, the office called saying that I would need to extra because the gauge on the truck was not working resulting in an over pump. I paid the difference. The next fill, office calls and says there was an over pump because of driver error and I would need to pay for it because the oil is in my tank. I asked to speak to the manager. Manager, says due to state regulations they need to account for all the oil, so I will need to pay the difference. I told her that this is unscrupulous business practice to call a customer expecting them to pay for something they did not order. I gave her several scenarios where that would be inappropriate like your cable company giving you more channels than ordered, then a month later adding the additional cost to your bill or ordering a drink, then the waitress comes and refills it, then charges you because refills weren't free, or pulling up at the pump to purchase $20 and due to a broken gauge or cashier error it pumps $50 while you were unaware. It would simply be chaos if businesses were allowed to do this! What's to stop any company from rigging their equipment to fill their coffers? I told her this would have to be a cost that her company has to absorb and find ways so this does not occur again, if it indeed was an business error. She calls and says they will have to and pump out the extra oil. I told them I do not give them permission to return to my property and risk damage to my tank. She then said by not paying for for the oil that I did not order, I was stealing the oil. They got me the first time, not this time. Unscrupulous, coercive tactics!

Awful customer service... woman who answers the phone is so rude and lacks respect for the customers. They certainly don't have a problem pushing your order off by a day WITHOUT giving you notice! Would never use them again !
