Review: I placed an order with Curly Kinks on December 20th 2014, it is now February 15th 2015, and I have not received my order. My current order status states "awaiting fulfillment", therefore it was never shipped, but my card was charged for the items. I sent an email to Curly Kinks on January 17th detailing the issue in efforts to seek information regarding late delivery services and how to receive a refund, however they never replied. As stated on their website (http://curlykinks.com/orders-shipping-returns/), "All orders are generally shipped out within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed during a sale may take 7 - 10 business days to process & ship." My order was placed during a sale, but they are clearly not in line with their customer shipping agreement.
There have been numerous complaints from customers in similar situations on their [redacted] page (https://www[redacted].com/CurlyKinks), yet they do not address them and continue to post other status alerts. I use their products regularly, and love to promote small businesses as much as possible, but I cannot support a company with such poor and ill regard for their customers.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund as soon as possible.
