Curlys laid the carpet for me in my basement suite It was a difficult job laying it onto rough concrete in a confined space They came promptly, on short notice & did a fabulous job Beyond that he was courteous, friendly & a pleasure to deal with I would wholeheartedly recommend this company without reservation !

I truly believe the positive reviews on this site to be either false, or the results of homeowners who clearly do not understand how badly they have been taken advantage ofTo remedy a few wrinkles in my basement carpet, I called Pablo - the ownerAfter moving an entire basement of furniture, he quoted me at $When I appeared stunned, he immediately lowered that amount to $I asked him to leave and called another companyThey came in and worked for hours and charged me $I posted a review about this experience on Homestars, and it was removed after it had been previously approved and postedPablo actually called me at home to complain about my reviewInterestingly, the review was removed, which is utterly appalling
It seems that consumers are NOT being protected by websites that purport to allow posting reviews in order to be of assistance to othersI believe if you hire this individual, you will be paying times what should be reasonably paid for a carpet repairI was so disgusted by this experience that I felt compelled to warn othersThat is the only agenda on my part - to be of assistance to others, particularly the elderly, who may end up paying thousands for a job that should cost a few hundred dollars

A very positive experience--Pablo was efficient in explaining the various methods of repair to our carpet.Cost differential in the repairs available and why, was fully explained to our satisfaction.

The work done by Pablo was nothing but excellent. He did two bedroom and a hall. The carpet in those areas had large bumps and wrinkles but he got them to be flat again and looking great. He cleaned up after his work and was extremely engaging. The final outcome was nothing short of exceptional so if you need your lumpy carpets stretched back to where they were originally I would get Curly.

Pablo was prompt and efficient. He did a very good job of removing wrinkles in a large bedroom carpet. I would happily recommend his work to others.

Pablo did an excellent job repairing our carpet in our tv room. The carpet was not installed properly when it was originally laid. The repair required the carpet to be stretched and three seems to be replaced. Pablo used quality materials and was very easy to deal with. Happy with the result.
