[I want to clarify once again that I had a signed contract with Associated Bank, not *** ***The estimation of the savings letter wasn't "an estimate by *** ***," as Associated Bank put it, but it was written and signed by a Bank employeeI was reluctant to sign the merchant contract, but for about years the Bank employees were constantly promising the lower rates during my visits to the bank and their frequent visits to my business (my business is located mile from location of the bank)I also want to point out that a monthly statement with a summary of transactions and charges doesn't mention *** ***It is entitled Associated Bank Services and provides Customer Service number without any information that it is *** ***'s phone numberAssociated Bank considers this case closeBut it is not closed for meIt will continue on different forum in order to teach Associated Bank a good business practice.]
