I bought brand new car Tiguan in Since then I had so much trouble with the car but my warranty covered everything however the warranty was almost overI was afraid that my car will broke again in the middle of the hwy and I wont be able to cover the cost of the repairI went to Curran VW and talk to Sean C*** if he could help me out somehow since they sold me a lemon and I can't afford to buy my own warrantySean offered me credit of $on the expense of Curran VW to cover next repairs if neededOf course my car broke again year later in while driVing to work in Bloomfield, CTWhen my husband went to Curran VW try to fix it and said that Sean promised to cover the repair, he got laughed by the employees at CurranMy husband asked to talk to Sean next day and Sean did as he promised covering the repairWe were very satisfied but for a short time In about year and half, December of 2014, my car suddenly broke down in the middle of the hwy in the freezing winter time having year old twins in the back of the carMy husband came right away to help out but car had to be towed to Curran VWThree days later my husband called to check in what's wrong and he learned it will cost us about $plus $for the other parts should be replaced they saidI called next day and asked for SeanLady on the phone told me there are Seans which one I want to talkI said Sean C***Lady said that he has day off today but tonorrow he will be in at 9amNext day my husband the kids and I borrowed the car from my parents and we drove to Curran VW to talk to Sean just to see how much last repair cost him to see if there is some credit left that he promisedWhen my husbsnd asked for him Will and Shawn that worked at that time told him that Sean is not working here for a half yearWhen my husband told them our situation Will and Shawn laughed at my husband like he is stupid or somethingMy husband felt so badHe bought the parts that needed to be changed and fixed our car in about min while my kids and I were waiting in the car at the Curran parking lotHe did a job that Curran wanted almost $for just labor.Overall, we had really bad experience at Curran VWI would never buy a car there and wouldn't recommend anybody to do soIt's not enough that we had so many issues with the car but also how they treat their customers laughing at them in their very difficult situationBefore I got married I took a loan on this brand new car hoping it will help me and my future family but came out I only had problems with it and still have and most of get laughed at it each time there is a problem because Curran VW has incompetent people working there

I went to Curran VW and talk to Sean C[redacted] if he could help me out somehow since they sold me a lemon and I can't afford to buy my own warranty. Sean offered me credit of $1600 on the expense of Curran VW to cover next repairs if needed. Of course my car broke again year later in 2012 while driVing to work in Bloomfield, CT. When my husband went to Curran VW try to fix it and said that Sean promised to cover the repair, he got laughed by the employees at Curran. My husband asked to talk to Sean next day and Sean did as he promised covering the repair. We were very satisfied but for a short time . Three days later my husband called to check in what's wrong and he learned it will cost us about $450 plus $600 for the other parts should be replaced they said. I called next day and asked for Sean. Lady on the phone told me there are 2 Seans which one I want to talk. I said Sean C[redacted]. Lady said that he has day off today but tonorrow he will be in at 9am.
