Currency World USA

I contacted Currency World to get the rate for Euros. When I told the individual on the telephone that I was traveling to Havana Cuba, I was told I could not purchase Euros from this company if I was traveling to Cuba, "It is not allowed to purchase Euros for use in Cuba."
Stunned, I stated if I had not mentioned my travel plans would I have been provided the purchase, again, the person stated he would not sell Euros to me. I subsequently purchased the Euros from my bank (Wells Fargo).

Yesterday I went to currency world in Castro Valley to get $300 worth of Baht for my trip to Thailand. I called previously on the phone and he put it to the side.
I walked in wearing sunglasses and workout clothes, I came from the gym. The guy working there, I'm assuming the owner, as I have dealt with him with no incident twice beforehand, walks out and instantly seems uneasy with a side
Of bad vibes.
I hand him my ID. Which it says clearly that's what needed and he says, you don't have a drivers license? I reply no I don't drive. He says in disgust, you don't drive. I reply again no I don't drive. He enters my information in and asks me to punch in my social security number. I do and he takes a minute and says are you sure that's it. I say yes and do it again. He says no that doesn't match. I'm so confused and not sure what's going on.
I tell him that's my social, I don't know why you're acting like this. He says I can't sale you these. I ask why? He says I just can't. The social doesn't match. I say ok, this is really weird and walk out. My mother is waiting in the car and I explain to her what happened and adding I don't think he wants to sale
Them to me because of the way I look. My hair is locked and I have tattoos all over, hands included.
She goes in and asks what the problem is and why he can't sale them to me. He says oh there's new laws and sometimes it flags people. Way different answer from my social not matching. So she says ok do it under mine. He enters her info and then says are you sure want to do this. We both look at him confused. He keeps saying it and we keep asking what he means.
He then says, I'm worried about your source of income. I don't want to be responsible. Excuse me I say. He then proceeds to say he needs to know how I get my money. I'm furious. We ask for my mothers ID back and he refuses. We then tell him we are going to call the police if he doesn't give it back and he says go ahead as he smirks, laughs and is smug about it. We pull out our phones and he throws the ID back at us.
I'm still confused as is my mother so she asks him again why he isn't going to sale it to us, he points at me and says: I have a lot of people coming in looking like you running scams. Looking like me? What's that, brown skin? I'm beyond mad at this point, I tell him you're a racist and walk out.
I'm appalled at this treatment and from reading yelps and other people's accounts of going there I am not the first to experience this. There are 6 others who have experienced the same/similar situations.
