I ordered thermometer in February. Finally got it 6/15. Cheap and no batteries. Bad and cheap. Never again.

This is a Horrible Company! Do not do business with them. They keep jerking you around even when you contact them by email. you get a standard response that your order tracking info has been updated when it clearly has not. They lie to you!!! I tried calling their number and it is a non working number...

Current Finds is anything but that. Your card is captured and charged and 10 days later, they have a pre label. You check and it's in pre shipment. We ordered,for business, an infrared thermometer, April 10. It is the end of April and it's still in pre shipment. No responses were sent regarding the order. Nearly all web sights that I have checked regarding this company, have the same complaint. The sight tells you, if you bother to look, 15 business days before you will receive your order. They have no customer service and rate a very poor grade for prompt service. I could drive to New Jersey and pick it up faster than they ship.

I'm am warning people to stay away from current finds. I ordered the infrared thermometer and there is no infrared light and the temperature only come in Celsius and not Fahrenheit every time I call no answer and answering machine is full. I want my refund of 79 dollars if not I'm going to go through my bank.

Do not purchase from this company. Shipments never arrive and they refuse to cancel an order or give credit for merchandise not received. I ordered 4 no touch thermometers for my business to help us with the pandemic. They sent tracking numbers for both orders that supposedly are awaiting acceptance in a facility in New Jersey. There has been no progress for over two weeks. My guess is that items were never available and these are back ordered. They send the same canned response to every inquiry. The exception was when I tried to cancel my orders. They responded almost immediately declining my request to cancel the orders.

Placed an order first part of April. They have no idea where the unit is. This guy is full of excuses
Still Waiting. A real jerk. Ill be driving by his place. I'm sure once I leave that place I will have the unit.

They advertise that have the merchandise, but when you order you will find that is not necessarily so. I ordered over a month ago. Have received nothing. No credit issued as requested. Filing dispute with credit card company. They have no advertised contact number, and they may or may not respond to emails. However if they do respond it always “ it’s on the way”! I seriously doubt if they have anything in stock, and drop ship from China.

Ordered a touchless thermometer. Waited over two weeks after it said it was shipped. My credit card was billed. Tracking indicated shipment had not yet been scheduled which means they had not received a package. E-mails and phone calls are not answered.

VERY BAD company.. Dont do business with them!! they have no customer service phone number and I have not received a legit tracking number yet ( legit meaning the carrier has the product and it is in transit, NOT just creating a shipment label and dont deliver the goods which is what they did) .. I ordered the same item from Walmart a week later and it is in transit and should be delivered soon.. This company isnt legit and this will be the last time I ever work with them.. After I ordered my product on 4/2 I got fraudulent charges on my credit card and had to cancel my card and get a new one..

Ordered a Infrared Thermometer 04/06/2020 , and as of 04/17/2020, no Thermometer.
Got a tracking number like a week or more ago, but it does not show up on USPS.
If I had read the only review, I can find there is no way I would have ordered from these people.

Dont order from this company. Advertised 7 to 10 day delivery. I am still waiting its been 1 month! Misleading and dishonest. Now says item is coming from another country, OMG! Bogus. Regret my order from them! Think twice!

Ordered an 80 dollar thermometer and it arrived broken. I have contacted company many times and they will not respond to my request for a return or refund. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered an infrared no touch thermometer for $ 79.00 which was deducted from my account via credit card. May 23 the money was taken out. I received a text a week later stating my order has shipped and I was given a tracking number. I did not receive my package so I contacted them. They sent e-mail back that typically takes 2 to 14 days. Today is 14. Nothing. I want my product or money back but contact information is incorrect. Phone is invalid.

I ordered a touchless thermometer on 3/27. After I finished order I received an ad from current finds for 10% off the same item I just purchased. That didn't matter to me but on a later date when I was in touch with the company they claimed to not have my information. On 3/30 I observed $79 withdrawn from my *** account but hadn't received order confirmation. I looked up company online to make contact and at that time I read items may take 10 weeks, refunds can only be done within 10 days, and some items aren't returnable i.e. thermometers. At that moment I tried calling their 24 hour phone number three times but it would just ring and hang up. I sent an email requesting cancellation on 3/30. They got back to me a few days later and said sorry they didn't send confirmation and then a few days later requested my address. At that point I again requested cancellation and return of my money. Haven't received any communications since.

I purchased a inferred thermometer on-line from this company on March 24th and tried to cancel the order on March 25th, they would mot except the order cancelation and proceeded to ship the product , they now tell me that the order need to be returned 10-days from purchase . I did not receive the order for 2 weeks there was no way to return it in 10-days. I would like to return this yet they will not take it back nor can I contact them

I ordered an infrared (no touch) thermometer from currentfinds.com on March 13. I received a standard computer generated confirmation of the purchase the same day. They charged my credit card either the same or the next day. I sent them an email on March 21 inquiring on when the order would ship. I received a standard computerized email that said it often could be 10 or 15 business days until the item was delivered. I went on the web site and after a couple of weeks the site still said "order processing." I emailed them a few more times going over the problem and never received a response to my complaints, only the same email. Normally when I order online they tell me if there is going to be a delay. The email never changed. Finally, the day before the 15 business days for delivery were to expire, I realized that I was never going to get the product I ordered. I cancelled the purchase and requested that the charge on my credit card be reversed. I still have not heard anything from Currentfinds.com, and I suspect that this is a fraudulent company that sells products they don't have in order to defraud unsuspecting online customers.

I am a HR Director for an essential business who is providing critical supplies to consumers. We ordered 4 thermometers from current finds on 3/19 and 12 more on 3/21 to take our employees temperatures when they come into our manufacturing facility. Current finds sent tracking information 3/24 and 3/26, however to date on 4/2 the tracking information still states "label created, not in our system". Which means they never took them to the post office to ship nor was it picked up. In contacting current finds, I keep getting the run around with no true answers. Not sure if they are running a scam or what here, but I am urgently needing them and they are not providing answers other than sending me links to order more. Why would I do that when they arent even sending me what I already ordered? And why would they send USPS tracking information when they havent shipped or been taken to the post office for delivery??

I ordered 2 infrared thermometers from this company on 3/20/2020. I never received a date for delivery. When I went into website to check on it, it said there was no tracking information available. I emailed their support email and never received anything back. They took $160.95 out of my credit card acct.

I placed an order for non contact thermometer on 3/15 online from currentfinds.com.my card was charged the next day 3/16; I received an automated message that a tracking g slip had been created however this tracking number is not valid and no further info available despite attempting to contact via email..the telephone number they gave as contact is *** is not a valid number..I want a refund of my purchase price of 79$ and earn others that this is not a legit business
