On 4-8-I was sent an invoice to pay and extra $for shipping of my lables along with an UPGRADED dispenser for which I paid an extra $for this was to take a the place of a paper one the usually is sentHowever they charge and extra $for shipping because they consider it an extra line item on the billMy complaint is that is wrongIt does not cost and extra $to ship a plastic dispenser over the cardboard oneSo I feel that Current is extorting another $for no extra added weight I talked to Customer Service at (888)634-and asked if they would take the $of my billCustomer Service said they could not do that since the order was already placeI found that hard to believeSince I have my in voice number and gave it to themThey said it was charge because they consider the plastic dispenser an extra line item and for every line item there is an extra shipping charge of $I pleaded my case that I was already paying an UPGRADE

Order Placed Jan 4th, To date Feb4th, I have NOT received my labels I have been a loyal customer for years and have referred my team to business with you continuously singing praise about how wonderful your company isI contacted your offices weeks ago Monday, only to be told that there was a misprint on my order and they would be shipped out immediately and that I would receive them Friday the 29thLike I stated, now it is February 4nd, and I still do not have my items So my question to you is, how will you fix this? How will you strive to keep me as a customer and make this better? I value your products, however, if being tossed to the side is how you think customer service should be done, I will have to look elsewhere for my labels I look forward to hearing from you in a timely manner,

Please accept our sincere apology for the issues you experienced with this order.  After considerable searching I did locate your order. I did the following to resolve you concerns:    A refund has been requested in the amount of 11.94. In addition as a courtesy, I...

have entered a no charge reprint request and made the corrections to the order to reflect the last name of [redacted]. I have also requested that the listing on you order account be changed to reflect the name of [redacted] vs [redacted].  As far as why the two names on the order, due to the length of time between the order and the complaint, we would not have your original piece of mail for me to review.  I do know that customer order all the time for others and we would not question if there were two different names on the order.   Again, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced.

On 4-8-16 I was sent an invoice to pay and extra $2.49 for shipping of my lables along with an UPGRADED dispenser for which I paid an extra $1.00 for this was to take a the place of a paper one the usually is sent. However they charge and extra $2.49 for shipping because they consider it an extra line item on the bill. My complaint is that is wrong. It does not cost and extra $2.49 to ship a plastic dispenser over the cardboard one. So I feel that Current is extorting another $2.49 for no extra added weight.
I talked to Customer Service at (888)634-4619 and asked if they would take the $2.49 of my bill. Customer Service said they could not do that since the order was already place. I found that hard to believe. Since I have my in voice number and gave it to them. They said it was charge because they consider the plastic dispenser an extra line item and for every line item there is an extra shipping charge of $2.49. I pleaded my case that I was already paying an UPGRADE.
