light fixture he purchased that does not have the features he desired. In an effort to resolve Mr. [redacted] concerns, an email was sent to him on March 13, 2017. I apologized for the experience and requested Mr. [redacted] contact me directly with a copy of his receipt and we would try to help resolve his issue. Upon further investigation, we have absolutely no record of this customer ever contacting us via phone or email. Current USA uses [redacted], a customer service support ticket system, to track all incoming messages from customers to ensure our team is responding to all customer service requests in a timely manner.  In addition, all of our incoming emails are routed through an online portal called [redacted], which allows us to track all customer emails sent directly to use and ensure they are also answered in a timely manner. In regards to Mr. [redacted] complaint of “on and off night time. This light cannot control on and off time time for night time light.”  We have checked our website, product packaging, and all product information regarding the timing schedule of this light and it is all still correct. We have received no similar complaints of product confusion and the product works as advertised.
