I was very disappointed with the customer service at this place of business. I made an online appointment for the installation of a faucet in my utility room. I received an appointment time and date two days later. When I inquired as to the cost of the service no reply was ever received. On the date of service no one showed up. I called the place of business and no one answered. I left a message and in an hour they returned the call on a phone with no caller ID. They are lucky I picked up. After making my complaint to the secretary (who did not seem surprised about my complaint) asked me if I wanted the service manager to call. I replied yes. She said the service manager had tried to call me to cancel. I never received a call and no message was left on my machine. It is four hours later and I have yet to hear from the service manager. I doubt I ever will. The customer service here is SEVERELY lacking and I was very inconvenienced by their lack of attention and caring.
