Once we found out about the customer's situation, we immediately made arrangements to meet her at the police station and file a police report. We were not at all aware of the unlawful and unauthorized taking of her credit information. We...

keep a file of all signed applications in a locked office and verified that her original credit application was still in her file. Sales personnel do not have access or authorization into any database which contains personal protected information of our customers. The customer and our General Manager filed a police report and resolved the customer's complaint. The customer stated that she was satisfied with the resolution.

Currie Motors did ask me to bring the car in so the can trade me out of the car into another car. Why would my wife and I would want to buy another car form the same place. I went to the auto clinic the are next to currie and they work on all the dealships cars. Just to look at it was $50. We did not have the money, also did not feel it was right. This was on 5/13/14.
I did not bring the car into currie on the 23rd of may because I have been ill and I just did not want to get more of the run around. My wife played phone tag with the GM.
We do not want another car from currie. The auto check report that we sign from currie did not show every thing the car fax report showed when we tried to trade in the 2009 cobalt.

My wife has not received any calls from currie motors recently. They have not left any messages on her voice mail. In the past she has tried to reach the GM but he was not in. We have been in contact with Exter the car is out for repossession. They have not picked it up yet. Why should we pay for a lemon. We have agreed to surrender the cobalt. We want the contract to be voided.
