This septic business was supposed to install a septic tank that was part of my repair request that would ease my mind in purchasing a home. Mr. Currin installed a new septic tank to my house's plumbing fixtures. The day after water was backing up in the home. I called Mr. Currin to have him look at problems and offer a solution. He told me the septic field was the problem and that it wasn't working. I called numerous times to speak to him and he pointed fingers at others. As it turns out, he had not connected half of the plumbing of the house to the tank. Someone else had to come and fix what he had done incorrectly. They reset the tank and got all plumbing connected. It took 6 weeks to get a working septic system. He also did not identify correctly that I had a sand filter system and suggested I move out of the house. The sellers paid for the repair and so they flushed 2,000 dollars down the toilet on poor work. Mr. Currin did not fix the problem he had helped create. He claimed to want to help, but he never came to fix the problem. I genuinely hope it was ignorance not poor intent that caused this situation, but even if it was ignorance that's not much better. People who pay businesses deserve professional work and if a mistake is made, it is expected that steps will be taken to fix mistake.

Last summer (June 2016) after the heavy rains, our septic tank started backing upOur plumber recommended Currin's Septic ServiceHe called them to come pump out our tank and they were able to come out the same dayThe technician, ***, explained that our problem might be resolved with just being pumped out again, but if it wasn't, we would know in about two weeks
We did experience additional problems, and scheduled Currin's to come back out to investigateUnfortunately, the job before us was running behind, and they were unable to make their scheduled appointmentInstead of leaving us with problems until they could get to us to do the work, the owner, ***, sent the crew out to pump the tank and give us some "relief"We really appreciated that consideration
*** and his crew were able to get out a couple days later, and started digging the minimum amount to investigateThey determined the problem and corrected itWe were grateful that the whole septic field did not need replacingWe have not had any additional problems since the repair
*** also advised that it really is necessary to have that septic tank pumped every years!
We appreciated the incremental approach to the repair, the concern for making sure we had use of our facilities, and the fair priceWe would definitely recommend the good people at Currin's if you need your septic system serviced
