Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [AYour Answer Here] As the selling dealer, in keeping up good customer service and relationships, they should get involved with Hyundai Finance on the part of their customer, especially if they intendto keep the customer as a future customer Apparantlly, Curry does not care about customer satisfaction, at least that is what I believe In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: I recently returned my 2013 Leased Sonata to Curry to Lease a 2015 Santa Fe. When the 2013 vehicle was returned we were told that they are taking back the car "as is". This means that we were not responsible for the condition of the car when it was returned. Two weeks later we get a statement for over $1,400 for excessive wear and tear. I have spoken with Curry about this a number of times and they just ignore my comments. If they said the car was returned "as is" then they need to stand by that statement and have the charges dropped by [redacted]. Also, I told them that not only should I not be responsible for their misrepresentation, but that the statement was incorrect. It said that the tires were worn, but they just passed inspection. They also said that there were scratches on the back bumper, which I know is incorrect because I just had that bumper repainted. I feel Curry misrepresented the take back policy and their "as is" statement and would not get involved to get these charges dropped. Once they got my money, they could not care less about me or their "as is" statement. I find Curry to be untrustworthy and will not do business with them again unless they take my concern up with [redacted] and get my charges waived.Desired Settlement: I want Curry to stand up for me and follow through on their "as is" statement and get [redacted] to drop these inaccurate and false charges. I think Curry should think that my future business is worth more than $1,400.

Case #[redacted] We do understand [redacted]'s complaint. However we do not determine the charges from Hyundai Financial. They have their own inspectors that come to each dealership and determine what the charges are. Unfortunately they do not do this at the time of drop off of the leased vehicle. They also have each customer sign a waiver stating this fact. We do have the signed documents from [redacted]'s transaction. The document clearly states that these charges may apply. We do not collect any of these fees the bank does this themselves. The manufactures have become much more strict over the years and things that may not have applied in the past do now. As for the term taking the car in "as is" that would mean that he is not making any modifications to the car no repairs or new tires and the customer would be responsible for any charges. -----Original Message-----

Review: I left a $100.00 check on Friday, February *, 2015 for a deposit on a lease application for an elantra. The paperwork clearly said "PENDING APPROVAL" and my check clearly read in the memo "HOLD-ELANTRA" On Sunday I was informed I was denied the lease. [redacted] wanted me to buy a car, but there was none in the price range I gave him - $8000.00 Imagine my surprise when the check actually CLEARED BY BANK ACCOUNT on Monday, February *, 2015.Since then I have been give lip service, ignored and lied to regarding the return of the $100.00.Desired Settlement: Refund my $100.00 since it should never have been deposited to begin with.
