As requested by the customer, Curry Landscape Design will remove the three dead trees from the customer's property no later than days from today's date.
Curry Landscape Design takes this opportunity to respond to some of the statements made in the complaint We have
been in business for almost years and have been planting trees in Jefferson, Oldham and Shelby counties all those yearsThe trees planted at this customer's house were grown in Oldham County so that the trees were acclimated to local soils We must respectfully disagree with whomever advised the customer that soil should have been added for the tree planting Amending the soil can cause the roots to grow in a circular fashion within the added soil, which is unhealthy for the tree In addition, we always plant trees with a sufficient size of root ball and and hole in accordance with industry standards Our records indicate that in September we advised the customer, via email, that the trees looked stressed, and needed regular watering because of how hot it had been We are sorry for the customer's dissatisfaction with our response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action (removing the 3 trees from our backyard within the next 30 days) and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
