Review: I agreed to purchase a new Nissan Murano, Curry Nissan wrote up an agreement on their form(s). I was told they would have to locate my vehicle and then have a vin number. My salesman know what we wanted, spent a few hours initially. He called once he found our color and Platinum model, explained it was missing a rear cover and it would lower my price by approx. $300. We also agreed on an extended service contract, we demanded a Nissan 7 year, 120K mileage, $0 deductable. We also bought a remote start for this vehicle.

When we went to pick up the car yesterday, they explained that there is a problem with Nissan Murano's and remote starts and that they took it off the sales price. Subsequently I noticed that the extended warranty company was switched to a "Fidelity" company and not the original Nissan extended warrantee that we were quoted, I called them out on their bait and switch, and the business agent quickly showed me that it wasn't in writing.

We explained because there was no remote start in the car, and feeling taken on their extended warrentee, we walked out of their dealership. I was told they would call me tomorrow about the remote start, and that we could still get the Nissan extended warrentee.

I have not yet decided on what I will do, but I want to file this complaint to document their less than honest pressure sales, and their bait and switch standard business practicesDesired Settlement: To post Curry Nissan on your Revdex.com website, and request an apology from Curry Nissan.
