requested I do the repair. The only work I did was to replace the clutch kit and master cylinder clutch kitThis included the clutch pressure plate clutch drive and clutch release berring and the pilot bushingI had to open the hood in order to do the repairsI never had a need to touch the radiator or the hoseIt was apparent that neither radiator hose, alternator belt or air conditioner belt had ever been replaced! All were old and wornThe check engine light was on because of the oxygen sensor.The only authorization I had was to replace the clutchThis is a year old car (1999) and as such will no doubt need further repairs in the future. brakes. The front brake pad was at 20% and the brake pad indicator was hitting the brake rotor and the same was occuring with the rear brakes. I replaced both the front and rear brake pads and turned the rotors. The rear brake rotors turned well but the front rotors had to be turned about five times to get them even since they were very warped. On Monday, 11-2-2015, the car was brought back because now the steering wheel was shaking . I told them the front brake rotor needed to be replaced . Her friend Pedro was with Ms. [redacted] and he said she did not want me to work on it but would call me back on that day. A week went by and then she did call and stated that she wanted me to refund her $200.00. I told her I would refund $100 but wanted to talk with her mechanic. He never called. I told her I would need the front and rear brake pads returned to me and then I could refund her $200.00. I need the pads so I can get credit on my account. I would only end up charging $90 for the labor performed.  PSWe don't us costumer wheel lock. We have our own's That why we did her for her

I am rejecting this response because: I got a response to my complaint and I totally disagree. I got my car back from 1st car care USA and they had done additional damage to my vehicle. He gave it back to me and said he had test driven it. When I asked about why the check engine light was on he said it would go off shortly. Since I do not know that much about cars I believed what he said. But when I try to go to work the next day my car overheated and a tow truck driver had to pick me up. When he looked at my vehicle he noticed that there was a huge crack in the radiator line. If mr [redacted] would have test driven the car he certainly would have noticed that it immediately overheats. When I ask [redacted] about the crack he told me he never even opened the hood to my vehicle. It is literally impossible to do the repair that he did without opening the hood. So yes he did repair my vehicle but he also damaged in the process. I had to buy new radiator and have somebody install it. If he is not going to reimburse me the $300 I want it on file what Poor customer service this auto center provides. It was a very expensive job and just because my car is old does not mean that it needs to be treated with respect. I believe they do shady business and they are extremely untrustworthy I would never recommend this place to anybody. They damaged my vehicle and now take no responsibility for their actions.
