Review: I brought a 2014 Subaru Legacy and had a remote starter installed and received only one fob at the time precious. Thinking that I was only suppose to get 1. When I broke the fob I went to get a new one and have it programed. After speaking to a person in parts I was asked where is the second one.. I said was I suppose to get two!! He said yes,, I went to the original salesman and asked why didn't I get 2.. he said he gave me everything I was suppose to get at the time of delivery. He went to his supervisor and asked him about it and they said if someone turns one in off a used car he would give me one but I would have to pay for programing it...I said why don't you order me one,,, he said it would cost him money to do that.. I said if you gave me 2 in the first place I wouldn't be here now would I.. I said I will never do business with you again. and walked out... This is bad business !!!!Desired Settlement: I want my second fob like I paid for in the first place.. $480 for a remote start. and one fob is ridiculous..

Your head [redacted] was rude Uncaring and there is no way it should of took this long to rectify the situation. A reasonable analogy is to sell someone a snow blower and not giving them the key and then not giving a darn until spring when they don't need it.. Your only trying now to fix this because you want your Revdex.com rating to go up... So hence your trying to use me again... This is and will be the last business I do with Curry Subaru or any of your subsidiary's... If your this bad at customer service and auto sales maybe you should consider a different field like gold fish sales..

Review: This issue includes Curry Subaru and its sales and finance practices. On Thursday,June 13, 2013 -I called Curry Subaru and I explained that I was interested in purchasing a vehicle as my car broke down, so the sales representative ([redacted]) said that he would have it reviewed and that someone would reach out to me. At around 2pm I called back since I did not hear back and ([redacted]) said that he would call me back and that he would try to track my application (NO phone call was received back). My friend who purchased a vehicle at Curry Subaru before called for me and someone by the name of ([redacted]) called me and told me that my friend called and that my application was found and how soon can I come down that evening. I then told her that I would be there within the hour of 5pm. My friend drove me and upon arriving I was told that ([redacted]) was being looked for and I explained that I did not want to deal with someone that never called me back, I preferred someone else - They then introduced me to ([redacted])as my sales person. He then proceeded to look for my application and we sat for about an hour and then he proceeded to take me for a test drive and upon returning I was informed that the banks will not be able to be contacted until the following day and that I would need to leave a $500 deposit - which I provided my credit card for them to process, but I told ([redacted]) my finance guy that we needed to talk and he said that no financial conversations can take place and no information can be disclosed. The next day with out discussing finances my car insurance and registration and my old plates were already on the new vehicle with out ever discussing finances. When the ([redacted]) came to me with the numbers of my monthly payment I was so disappointed in my payments and I told him I could not do it. He said go home and we will call you tomorrow never received a phone call. I called ([redacted]) the next and left a message that I wanted my money back and he said it would take 3-5 days- No Money yet.Desired Settlement: I would like my $500.00 back and I would like an apology for this. To further add to my demise - I was driven back home by the sales rep ([redacted]) because I did not have a car and he drove me back in the car I was suppose to purchase with my plates on it - which I went back the next day to pick up since I did not hear from them.I have never heard of such a thing taking place.Can I please have my money backThank you
