Review: Curry's provided service on our family and business vehicles until the following happened. We had a 2002 dodge van in for inspection and possible service. After determining the cost of repair would be too high, we passed on the service and went back to tow the vehicle away. Curry's could not find the key! Over the course of the next 30+ days we checked in with them to see if they had found it as we had a buyer for the van. Eventually the key was found and we picked up the key. I asked if it was ok if the van to be left there and was told it was fine (huge parking lot). Today 8/16/13 I received a letter from a tow company for a bill for 375 and increasing for every day it is left there. !!!! :/ Spoke with the manager and asked him to take care of it. [redacted], the manager said it was my fault it was towed. Horrible customer service to a returning customer.Desired Settlement: Full payment for the tow fee and a personal apology for [redacted].

Review: I took in a Ford Taurus for a leak and was told that I should also perform a 60000 mile performance on the car. I had to take the car back 3 times to get the leak stopped enough that I thought it had been fixed. Later my husband was driving it and the card drove roughly and would die. We took it to [redacted] who had to repair the car. Coolant was leaking from two locations which was why I had taken the car into Curry's in the first place. The thermostat housing was leaking.The air filter had not been put in correctly and was squeezed into the bottom of the air box preventing proper airflow. The spark plugs were old ( and I had been charged for new ones from Curry's) and one was cracked. I had paid for fixing the cooling system, tune up, new spark plugs, air system service and other services. They did not do what they charged me for and put in old parts while charging me for new ones.
