The ticket that was purchased was not from Movie Town but from the *** No money was paid to Movie Town The purchase was for tickets to the *** baseball game and with it they received passes to Movie Town and a ball cap They wanted to use the tickets for a "No
Pass" movie at Movie Town and were refused They had from July until December to use the passes to Movie Town on many movies that were not classified as "No Pass" We informed the manager of the *** and he informed the gentleman and we would extend his passes until the end of January I feel we have tried to do the best we can under the circumstances He cannot use the passes for Star Wars I have to pay a large percentage of the admission price to the film company and therefore, since Movie Town did not receive any money from this person we cannot let him in free Once January 31, ends, his passes will no longer be valid at our theatre.Respectfully,Vicki WhitlowPresidentMovie Town, Inc

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
