I ordered a part from him on 4/28/2020 and he has not made any attempt to fulfill my order and I've asked for a refund multiple times with no response back. the order was for $342.41. he has given me multiple excuses and now he doesn't even respond.
We apologize for the long wait time on the ordered crash cage, and although our website states many times we do not issue refunds, we will issue this refund. We had one of our machines break in an electrical outage and have been working our hardest through insurance to get a new one. However, since we still haven't been able to get a new machine, we will issue this refund. We apologize for the inconvenience on the customer and hope this resolves the issue.
