[redacted] In response to the complaint filed by the [redacted] Unfortunately there was a incident in their room and I spoke with them on several occasions following itThe first time was on the 1st of October when I refunded them the incorrect amount of $They called several times during the week talking to various staff membersClaiming they hadn't received a refund my manager [redacted] *** refunded them the correct amount of $on the 6th of OctoberShe mailed them their copy of the refundThey continually kept calling saying they hadn't received the refunds, either of them and wanted me to send a checkThere was no way of cancelling the refunds so I did not send them a check I contacted my credit card processing company and they have both refunds being withdrawn from my account We take any complaint very seriously and try to resolve them quickly and with minimal conflictI honestly have no explanation how they hadn't received the refunds, I would have called them on a later date but after our last conversation felt no further contact would have been productiveThey felt I was not being untruthful about the refundsI would be happy to send you the copy of those statements if you would like themI hope they have received the reimbursement If they have not received their refunds I certainly can understand their frustration but I have done everything from our side in good faith and a timely mannerSincerely, [redacted] Curtis House [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have yet to receive either refund in my bank account. He keeps saying he refunded my account twice, however neither amount has been credited to my account. *** stated it takes weeks to show in my bank account so I asked to have the receipt mailed. I was mailed a copy of a receipt that stated I was refunded $105.80, this receipt shows the last four digits of my debit card, along with my name hand written on it. Once I received the receipt by mail I contacted my bank to ask why it has not shown up in the account. TD Bank stated I was never refunded either amount and also stated it does not take weeks to be refunded. I am not asking for more than the $105.80. I would just like my refund. Please ask them to show you their bank statements. I am more than willing to provide mine at any time to prove he has not refunded me to this day. I do not believe [redacted] is being truthful. If he was, I would have received my refund by now. Either he does not know how to give a refund or he is intentionally making it look like he did. I asked him to just put a check in the mail, however he would not do this. His statements and unwillingness to rectify this situation makes me feel like I am being violated all over again. Please have him show his bank account to prove he refunded the money and where that said refund went, because I have not received a penny. Sincerely, [redacted] ***
