I have copied the response my manager, [redacted] sent to Mrs. [redacted]. It appears that the contractor did not complete the work
sans-serif;">as instructed, however my manager should have made certain that is was completed. Most often if something like this happens
the client asks to speak to the managers supervisor, which is me and I would have resolved the issue before it ever got to your
office.

Good Afternoon,
First let me apologize for the delay in responding to this complaint, as we only received the notice of the complaint today regarding this matter.  
I want to let you know I have been on the phone with the owner of [redacted] and they will be out tomorrowto close up the hole and to address any remediation that is necessary.  In speaking with them they stated that the original report found no mold only the moisture.  However, due to the delay in getting this repair made I have advised they are to do additional testing and to confirm all still clear.  You should hear from [redacted] by tomorrow to schedule the air samples within your unit.
Please note I am sorry that I had not been in communication with you directly as I understood when I left on vacation late April that the repairs were set to be completed and only by the receipt of this notice was I made aware that it had not been finished.  I know that [redacted] advised you that we had a bid and it was pending approval, as this is the normal process however, she was not aware when the bid came in that I had already received the authorization to have it completed.
Again, I am sorry for the delay and I personally will make sure this is completed by the end of this week.  Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.
