Dirt entered a main water line while uner repairThe result was plugged plumbing throughout the house Everything had to be cleaned or replaced
The required repair involved the water line to the house After being cut for the repair, the open line was not secured from dirt When I pointed to dirt in the line, the plumber refused to clean it saying it was not necessary as it would be emitted through the bath tub This was not the case, as every plumbing feature in the house became plugged with dirt
The disputed portion of cost covers parts and labor which resulted from the sloppy work Some of that work was conducted during the day of repair Most was conducted on a succeeding day The disputed cost also includes a percent senior discount which was not given as promised for that part of the work which was required due to the original leak

Knight Air Conditioning has been servicing our AC unit for many years now and we highly recommend them We had some cooling issues recently and they sent Maurice Oout to inspect our systemHe examined the outdoor unit and the air handler in the attic carefully and diagnosed the problem promptlyAnd he was very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions clearlyIt's now been over weeks since he serviced our AC system and it's been working greatThis is a family-owned business run by Chuck and his daughter, CarissaThey're both super-friendly and I've never had issues with them or their team eitherThey're reliable and always show up on time and just focus on fixing the problem, unlike some other contractors who may give you a sales pitch for a brand-new system costing thousandsIf they recommend that a replacement is needed, then your unit is probably in pretty bad shapeAnd one final note: Keep your system maintained by scheduling a yearly inspectionIt's worth the costLike with your vehicle, it's never a good time when it stops working

I have never been so happy with a company I have a home warranty but have grown tired of being treated like a second class citizen when there contractors come out Our main air conditioner went out earlier this year and it took the other company almost days to get it repaired and working again When out back AC went out I didnt want to go thrur that hassle again So I called Knight Air Conditioning Chuck, the owner, was at my house at 9:30p at night looked over the unit, told me it was dead, He gave me a quote to replace and upgrade our current unit based on what we wanted and in our $$$ range Today, Friday there install team was out here taking off our old A/C unit and Evap cooler and putting on a new one All I can say is WOW....Cool air was coming out of the vents as soon as they turned it on, and the boys that installed it were very nice and informative, making sure I new how to register our equipment for the warranty and everything I am very happy I didn't use my warranty company for this major purchase!!! No one will ever touch my air conditioning units again!!!!!

Had water leak in ABS piping connection in bathroom Fixed it very nicely I was a somewhat upset that their quote over phone was round $but final charge was $816.08; I had emailed them extensive description and multiple photos so they could provide more accurate estimate since they do not do free estimates though I realize they found some other issues they had to fix that were not apparent in my description and photos I was also upset that the impression they gave me was only one plumber would do the job but he showed up with a trainee and charged me for trainee time also I will use them again only for involved or complex jobs They are too expensive for simple plumbing jobs such as toilet install or faucet install
