Curtis Protective Services said that they would have security to watch my home and no one showed up.
Yesterday, I contacted Curtis Protective Services so that they could watch my home to prevent families who were trick or treating from falling in our hole on our property while we were away. (October 31, 2017. The company told me that they would have somebody out here and I needed to give them a credit card. I filled out their credit card authorization form and submitted it to them around 11:30 am today which is October 31, 2017. I requested that Curtis Protective Services watch my home from 5-10pm on October 31, 2017. When I arrived home to check around 5:50pm no one from Curtis Protective services was at my home. I sent them an email, still no response. It is now 6:41pm, no one is here from Curtis. This is very disappointing.
I don't care to hear from this shady company. This company better not take my credit card and run it for services they did not provide.
I became aware of my mistake late Tuesday night when I got back to Orlando from Atlanta. It was after 10PM and too late to call that night. I phoned Mrs. Wednesday morning at 8:50AM, 11:46AM and again at 6:23PM but was only able to leave an apology on their voice mail.
Mrs. did everything properly; it was I who failed to complete my duty to have a Security Officer at her home and for that I apologize profusely. On my voice mail I asked if there was anything I could do to try to make up for my error. I am sorry for my failure to have an officer at her home last night from 5pM to 10PM as promised.
