We went here after a friend recommended it The drwas very nice, and truly seemed to care about us, but we were bothered by the fact that, from the waiting room, we could hear the staff talk and joke about other patients Several of us had our teeth cleaned by the only hygienist there, and all of us were in pain for days after She was very rough The dentist cleaned the remaining members of our family after I talked with him about our concerns, and they experienced no pain at all After talking with our insurance co, I found out that they took more x-rays than usual for a typical cleaning/chevisit, but because they were covered, they went ahead and got as many as were allowed I was told I had a cavity, and because of its location, it would cost over $to fill Our insurance cosaid that was odd and it shouldn't cost more than $or $40, which is what we had experienced at our old dentist I decided to get a second opinion, only to find out that I DIDN'T HAVE A CAVITY AT ALL!!! I'm so glad I didn't let them drill on me just so they could get more insurance money! We won't be going back, needless to say
This dealership refused to get my tags to me. After numerous calls, as of day dealer tags expired, I still don't have my car tags and registration. Was given the run around over and over again. Salesman insulted me over and over again. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
AT THIS POINT I AM LOOKING FOR A NEW DENTIST!
Last week my wife went to our Dental Office. We had selected this dental office a few years ago so we were not new customers. She was suppose to have a bone graft and we were originally told that our dental insurance would cover the procedure. I was at home when my wife frantically called indicating that quotes of $700 - $800 would be needed. I called our bank and transferred the needed money on the credit card she had in her purse. NO PROBLEM. After her procedure, the dentist modified the procedure and the bill was a little over $300. My wife then went to the grocery store and purchased a couple hundred dollars of groceries for Christmas. My wife was very upset when her charge was denied. She called me and I said NO WAY..and then I was called by the bank fraud department. When I looked at the online transactions I discovered that the dental office had billed not only the $300, but the $700 as well and that with what my wife purchased with groceries put us over the credit. I transferred additional money to cover her charge.
IT TOOK US ALMOST A WEEK AND NJMEROUS CALLS TO "MOSTLY NEGATIVE" PEOPLE, AND HE SAID AND SHE SAID CONVERSTIONS, TO AT LAST TO GET THE $700 RETURNED. THIS ALL BEGAN AS A RESULT OF THE DENTAL OFFICE BUSTING A GUT TO GET MONEY....
