Buyer Beware! Installed incorrect dinette table. Refused to replace with correct.
Purchased new Cougar 2020. Our trailer had damaged dinette table top. They replaced with incorrect table top that was over sized and made it impossible to make into bed. We did not make into bed we assumed that they had put the correct table top for our trailer. They were negligent and now refuse to give us the correct Table top. Curtis trailers and keystone have refused to give us the table top that fits our trailer. We purchased additional warranty in the amount $2299.00 and that also was a huge waste of our money. Our trailer has recall for LP Regulator Recall #21-414 the part they installed was broken we have the broken part we went to camping world to replace. Thank Goodness my husband checked because the part fell off when he checked to make sure it was on properly. We would never purchase from Curtis Trailers or any Keystone product in the future please beware of these predators that have no warranty. They are great until after they get your money.
