There is no record of the members *** or ***) requesting cancellation in writing to the gymReviewing ***'s notes with ABC Financial, our third party biller, on 9-20-he called ABC to cancel and was referred to the gymBOTH accounts have outstanding invoices past due in the amount of

It appears that the member did speak with the Gym Manager on 1/4/and her account was cancelled with no collectionsThere is no record of emails sent and cancellation policy is clearly stated on membership agreement form

I am rejecting this response because: I have an email sent to *** ***'s email stating I needed this membership canceledIn the email my phone number is listedI have never received a call backNor have my calls to the business gotten me in context with *** ***I've been told she's not there or she can't take the callI have the email as proof I have in fact tried to cancel this membership.

I'd be happy to look into this issue however I would need his wife's name and I cannot clearly see this has been providedWe do have Spanish speaking employees who help when it comes to enrollment in membership as wellPlease provide the wife's name and we can move forward here

*** *** my wife’s name is *** *** and yes the individual she talk to during this problem just told her that the contract said something totally differently what it really read in English and I myself tried various time to talk to him and all they did is giv us the run around and I left a message to the *** 04/03/and still have not gotten a call back what so ever it seems to us that they are just doing that so people get frustrated and just pay them and they get free money?

The attachments we have provided indicate to the best of our knowledge *** *** indeed did willingly engage in membership with usAttempted to cancel in October due to deployment but did not provide documentation that he was being deployedMember did provide photo id/state driver license
which is on file in October and per email correspondence was requested to provide deployment paper to verifyHe did not do soThis membership account was closed automatically due to inability to collect on accountIt was not turned over to a collection agencyWe'd be more than happy to offer time back for which he paid for however we dispute that this is not the correct account information as the photo ID provided matches the name of the American Express that was provided and is the address used to enroll in membership
