Dixie the receptionist was very rude and argumentative because she was not very knowledgeable on boats. I was quoted one price and then a completely different price . I was asked about when I wanted to bring my boat in and after telling her my availability, I was told rudely they weren't available for 2 months. Her lack of professionalism and customer service will lead me to take my business elsewhere and refer my friends elsewhere as well.
We took our boat in for sevice, they told us moto was bad. We salvaged it out to them, removing our personal belongings. Just like when you sell a car you remove your belongings. [redacted] has called several times, very unprofessionally stating we need to return money or belongings. Nothing was removed from boat or trailer that was bolted on. They have tiltle to trailer and have boat and trailer, I have $400.00. All I want is for them to stop calling my husband and myself.
There wasn't anything inwritting stating what we could or could not take. The deal is complete. We don't need to be contacted by them any further! We will NEVER go there or recommend them to anyone. Very rude people!!!
