Curtwright & Klein received the first complaint from Ms. [redacted] 4/22/2016. The account was immediately
closed. We have not continued to contact anyone. We have not responded to the complaint yet due to we are currently

those that have no right to it. I have no clue how they got everyone's number in my immediate circle. The calls need to stop.The calls need to stop. No one should be called except for me. They shouldn't be able to pull up my call list. That's infringement of my privacy.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  Their response claims that my complaint is not against Curtwright & Klein, which is incorrect. The folks that have been making the harassing phone calls to my cell number identified themselves as both Curtwright and Klein and [redacted] in voicemail messages to me. I have these voicemail messages and can provide them if necessary.  These were calls that all originated from the same number, and all gave two different numbers to reach them at.I did not just pick the name of Curtwright and Klein out of thin air good sirs.With a little additional homework, it is easy to see that these businesses have all been listed out of the same address in NY at various times: Curtwright & Klein, [redacted]         [redacted]So no their answer is not satisfactory. Curtwright & Klein and [redacted] have both contacted me from the same number and harassed me about a debt that is valid and is not owed by myself. I have filed a separate complaint against [redacted] as well, but it is fairly clear despite their protest that these businesses are linked, or owned and operated by the same or similar entities.  It is also easy to look these businesses up on the internet and see that they are shady debt collectors and scam artists......at least that is what the general public seems to think of them.  If they don't believe I owe them any money or have any debt, why did they call me every day during the week? I blocked their calls, and they literally filled up the blocked messages section of my voicemail system with Verizon. This business is not honest, and I don't accept their answer.    Regards,
