customer’s contract, “Following the completion of the minimum term, the monthly draft will continue at the rate indicated above in the contract until Member cancels with a 30-day written notice. This Agreement shall not extend beyond thirty-six (36) months.”  The member did not give such written notice and the agreement was within the thirty-six months.  I was at no time out of compliance with this contract.Member was given a copy of her signed contract when she started her membership with us.Sincerely,   Kathy C.
