I have been ordering from this Company for a year now, and I am really glad that someone has open a boutique for plus size womenI have had the opputunity to go into the store and the owner is extremely knowledgeable of her clothes and women body types and styles,I left the store feeling so confidentI live in GA and love shopping with this boutique great customer service
Customer was refunded?? we try to get items out in a timely matter, do to unfortunate tragedies a lot of orders was delayed, this particular item went into back order from our vendors, this happens in business especially retail, some customers have the option to do a charge back with their bank to
get monies return, but this customer was refunded,
Well this customer order some items that was actually sold out by the time we process her order at the time the inventory control was not available during that time, and I offered a refund or store credit and since she had order from C &PB before she said since I have nice items she accepted the...
store credit which has been on her account since march 2015, I am logged into the backend of her account and the store credit is till there, smh---Now I can not refund the money back since it has been a long time and we no longer have that credit card processing company anymore, if she wanted a refund back then she could of just called her back and disputed the charge and her bank would of given her money back and it would of automatically been charge back from my business account, some issues can be resolved without contacting the merchant especially if you are not getting any kind of responses back from calling, texting and emailing, the next step would of been calling my bank, well atleast thats what I would of done if there was no response, and this is just now coming up again, I can not refund any cash back since there wouldn't be any records of me refunding this customers if it shall come up again, sorry for any inconvenience but she can use her store credit and I will be greatly to send her new items.
