BIGGEST HEADACHE EVER!!!! RUN FROM THEM!!!!
My pool was supposed to be finished in February and we are now in July and I am still fighting with *** and *** (owners) to have it finishedEverything went wrong with this projectThe land measurement was wrong, even though they had the survey in their hands, they build a deck that was not in codeThey had to return and cut more than a foot of a 2ft tall deck to make it to codeThe company they used to lay the travertine tiles was a disasterThey came back to try and fix the mistakes they made but they werent professional enough to do it, so I asked them to use another companyI wanted to be able to control all the lights, fountain and pool features via iphone/ipad and for that we paid for the Hayward Omnillogic systemLater I found out that they Cushing Pools had no experince with such modern featuresI should have realized that when they used an old slide projector for their presentationThey are definitely stuck in the pastThe company they use to plaster the shell with diamond brite was another jokeThey already came back time to try to fix their f# ups but I was told they couldnt do anything else to fix itNow we are in the process of getting another company to re=plaster the poolMeanwhile we are in the middle of the summer and I havent been able to use my pool yet
They are Not professionals at all, they dont reply to phone calls or emails and they lie to your face all the time
