I want to share an experience negative about Chushman and Wakefield This is the email I sent to the agent"Good morning Chris, I was thinking last night about Goodwill PropertyIt's very clear to me that the seller Agent not in favors to present my offer or consider it1- ignored my initial offer presented by Cathie [redacted] 2- you came on board , we submitted full asking price with reasonable conditions for due delgents still make it hard and asking for my financials info.( which is not there right .it s the bank lending the money right's) 3- He said to you my type of business not approved to operates at this location, again he is not the investors but I am the one taking the risk4- He want it to be nonrefundable depositsthis by itself is insulting to me and he sending the massage that I am not Good enoughLET IT GO CHRIS ..IT IS NOT MY HONER TO DO BUSINESS WITH with "Cushman & Wakefield "
