Two weeks ago, Custom-air installed an HVAC unit in my home. One of the owners (personally) came out, estimated the job and gave me a very reasonable bid. On installation day, both owners and another technician showed up at 8:00 am. All were clean, courteous, and efficient. At 1:30 pm, we had heat and A/C working.
Custom-Air made no mess and left the work area spotless. Their work is flawless and they are true professionals. There were no "hidden costs or unseen "problems" discovered. The unit is functioning perfectly, all promises were kept, and expectations were met. Unless the unit explodes in the near future, I will remember this as the easiest major system replacement we have experienced in fifty years of marriage, in three different homes.
We got new/better equipment at a great price. There was no haggling or surprises. The experience was painless. If my mother needed a new HVAC, I would contract with Custom-air for it.
