Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I looked through my bill and while the charge was originally "pending" it appears to have never gone through which begs the question "why weren't we contacted if the payment wasn't accepted and why if my order still 'pending'?" I have an email copy of my order with an order number so the charge went through at least initiallyThe response from the business representative was offensive and I'm done with themThe online complaints are plentiful and it's unacceptable that it took going to the Revdex.com to get a reply from themI emailed them twice and called six times never receiving an answer other than the automated e-reply and never returning my callYou can consider this ID closed but I will not be patronizing this shop further

Customer is completely falsifying that this was charged to her card. It was NEVER, EVER charged to her card and I demand that she shows proof via a copy of her bill, showing so. Each order is hand processed and hers NEVER was. This is a fact. Since it was never charged, there is nothing to refund
