Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]  I have never filed another complaint to the Revdex.com against anyone previously. Custom Auto Detail did not rid my truck of the color offset like they indicated they would, or reattach a molding that had partially come loose, which they indicated they would reattach as part of the cost. After dissatisfaction with the work I took the truck to an auto body place which said the problem was "molding discoloration' over time which they said they had seen before but not often-it was not a tar build up according to them-just a discoloration because the molding was plastic-unlike the rest of the truck. I have never been a scammer, never will be. The auto body place pulled the moldings off and repainted them with the original paint color and reattached them firmly. I was very satisfied with his work-it was the way I wanted it to be to begin with Custom Auto Detail was not qualified to do the kind of work necessary to get the job done the way I asked, and properly. They should have declined to take the job on. I will be sure to tell others about my horrible experience with Custom Auto Detail

Total Scammer. I provided everything that is stated and then some. Probably files other BBC complaints with businesses trying to say one thing and said it was done wrong to get FREE service. This is a perfect example of going the EXTRA mile for the tar that we didnt charge to take off so hes mad that the HOT TAR stained his moldings. NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. Please note: I will use the words if he shows up on my property though. I don't put up with lying,  scamming wanting free moldings people. I'm not surprised, though as when I called him to voice my displeasure at the work he swore at me-language I won't repeat but totally unacceptable for an owner to tell a customer that, very unprofessional. What he said to me over the phone is on record with Revdex.com-unbelievable way to treat a customer
