We will be getting in touch with Mr*** to have company a representative review the waterfall area to identify the problem area and repair if it's a problem due to the installationOur records indicate that a representative came to the house last year to review the water feature after Mr ***
stated that water was traveling under his liner and lifting the linerWe found that since the pond installation a downspout from the house was redirected and allowing rain water to travel to the pond area which would of caused the liner to liftThis is evident as is would take a much greater capacity of water to lift the liner then what the pond holdsWe will be in touch with Mr***l within the next two weeks to have a representative come to the house to review the area amicably.Thank you,Jeff B***, President

assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.First, they sent me an email stating that the issue of them not shipping my laptop screen is more that days old so in thier view no refund will be issued because it it past the refund stageI was not responsible for any delaysThey were the party that refused to correspond and communicate with me the customer to expedite the process of shipping the item to meSecond, I made numerous calls to their business number and left several messagesI even told them that it was my plan to contact the Revdex.com if I did not here from them by a date certainStill they did not communicate with me regarding my itemI even sent an email to let them know that I was not in receipt of my item that was paid for when the order was placedI have included a copy of the email confirmation as per their requestHowever, at this time I want a refund of my $and I do not want them to try to ship the itemI have not trust in them or their productsThe only reason they are even resoonding to me at this point is because I made a complaint.]
