I stayed at this establishment from 7-5-until 7-8-My problem was key cards that only worked once or twice during my stayIt was very inconvenient for myself to have to keep going to the service desk to obtain new key cardsI was told my cell phone was causing the magnetic strip to malfunctionI complained constantly about this issue over my day stay and no one tried to accommodate my inconvenienceI even brought my attention to the general manager(James Langham)and was told it was a bad batch of cards
